Many TBI survivors have difficulty filtering lots of stimuli. At times when several things are happening at once, some TBI survivors may feel overwhelmed and less able to do things. It would be nice if you were aware as to the full extent of your injuries. AWARE by being trained on them…then you wouldn’t flood. You couldn’t flood…

it would make it easier to recognize the triggers before the flooding becomes disabling. I always feel ‘blind-sighted’ by flooding, after the fact..
